Cornerstone offers one of the best concert experiences in the Bay Area. Our Harman / JBL compact Line Array system has been acoustically mastered to provide an amazing acoustical experience. Our spacious layout provides a unique viewing experience with VIP mezzanine viewing and excellent sight lines throughout the space.

We elevate our sound experience with a Three-Way SUBCOMPACT Line Array system based on the proven touring quality JBL VerTec VT 4886 elements. These Line Array elements are paired with Crown IT-12000HD amplifiers, a state of the art Soundcraft Vi2000 soundboard, and JBL STX828S Subs providing one of the best sounding live music experiences in the Bay Area. If you have any special requests, such as ADA seating, or other needs, please email us at cornerstoneberkeley@gmail.com at least 48 hours prior to the start of the show. Please do not call the venue for special requests.

‍Coat Check
Cornerstone offers coat check for certain shows and during the cold and rainy season. Coat check is located between the Durant building entrance and the bar. We also sell earplugs which are available at coat check or the bar.

Parking / Transportation
We are located 3.5 short blocks from BART. Several parking lots are within walking distance to our venue. Recommendations for parking can be found here . Public transportation options can be found at 511.org .

You may purchase tickets in advance through our ticketing partner,  TIXR or at our bar during regular business hours prior to the day of the show.  On the day of the show, you may purchase tickets from our box office window located just west of our Durant entrance one hour prior to the start of the show.

We are an all age venue unless specifically stated in advanced show information. For all age shows, the minimum age is six years old.

Cornerstone provides a full-service restaurant, bar and craft beer garden in our Shattuck building.

Join us prior to the show for our reimagined comfort food. Our full-service bar includes forty-two craft beers on tap, a broad variety of spirits and unique house made cocktails.

You may dine in or opt to take your food to go and bring it into the venue with you. Our music venue itself has a full bar with eight beers on tap.

Our Shattuck bar is open until late and concert attendees are welcome to relax in our rear lounge and courtyard to enjoy a drink and conversation after the show.

Main Room
Cornerstone offers the newest and most exciting venue in the East Bay. Our new Harman / JBL compact Line Array system has been acoustically mastered to provide one of the best concert experiences in the Bay Area. Our spacious layout provides for up to three green rooms, VIP mezzanine viewing and excellent sight lines throughout the space.
SHATTUCK STAGE SHOWS
Our philosophy of combining Craft Beer with Craft Music lead us to design a smaller stage in our restaurant & Beer Garden. Our Shattuck stage has a JBL Soundcraft SiPerformer system and is the perfect venue for local upcoming acts. Whether it is a jazz trio, a solo guitarist, comedy or poetry reading, our sound and lighting system provides a memorable experience in a comfortable dining setting. If you are a local musician, please contact us, we would love to have you perform on our Shattuck stage.
FUN & GAMES
When we aren’t hosting private events or live music shows our main room turns into a game room. Guests can enjoy Ping-Pong, Corn Hole and Giant Janga.
