Cornerstone offers the newest and most exciting venue in the East Bay. Our new Harman / JBL compact Line Array system has been acoustically mastered to provide one of the best concert experiences in the Bay Area. Our spacious layout provides for up to three green rooms, VIP mezzanine viewing and excellent sight lines throughout the space.
The Audio Experience
Our Main room boasts a Three-Way subcompact Line Array system based on the proven touring quality JBL VerTec VT 4886 elements. These Line Array elements are paired with Crown IT-12000HD amplifiers, a state of the art Soundcraft Vi2000 soundboard, and JBL STX828S Subs providing one of the best sounding live music experiences in the Bay Area. Inside the Venue
Unless otherwise stated on specific show information, we are a first‐come, first‐serve standing room only venue with very limited seating.
If you require a seat due to a disability, please speak with a manager at least one day before the show so we can accommodate your request. We are an ADA accessible venue with ADA restrooms.
Coat Check
For most shows, we do provide a coat check for our guests. Coat check is located between the Durant entrance and the bar. Cost is $2 per item. We also sell chips, ear plugs, soda, and water at our coat check.
Parking / Transportation
We encourage patrons to use public transportation. We are located only 3.5 short blocks from BART. Several parking lots are within walking distance to our venue. Recommendations for parking can be found here . Public transportation options can be found at 511.org .
Attending the show!
You may purchase tickets in advance through our ticketing partner, Ticketfly, or at our bar during regular business hours prior to the day of the show. On the day of the show, you may purchase tickets from our box office window located just west of our Durant entrance one hour prior to the start of the show.
Age Restrictions
We are an all age venue unless specifically stated on the advanced show information. For all age shows, minimum age is six years old.
Food / Drinks
Cornerstone provides a full restaurant, bar and craft beer garden in our Shattuck building. Come and enjoy our reasonably priced rustic comfort food menu and our 42 craft beers on tap.
For most shows, patrons of our restaurant and bar can enjoy early access to the music venue through our Shattuck restaurant. (Please ask your server or bartender for details). Our music venue itself has a full bar with eight beers on tap.

Shattuck Stage Shows
Our philosophy of combining Craft Beer with Craft Music lead us to design a smaller stage in our restaurant & Beer Garden. Our Shattuck stage has a JBL Soundcraft SiPerformer system and is the perfect venue for local upcoming acts. Whether it is a jazz trio, a solo guitarist, comedy or poetry reading, our sound and lighting system provides a memorable experience in a comfortable dining setting. If you are a local musician, please contact us, we would love to have you perform on our Shattuck stage.
Fun & Games
When we aren’t hosting private events or live music shows our main room turns into a game room. Guests can enjoy Ping-Pong, Corn Hole and Giant Janga.
